This policy ensures that every certified student has completed the course with integrity and meets our professional standards.

Short knowledge checks throughout the course
Throughout the course, students will encounter short pop quizzes within selected modules.

Pop quizzes must be completed successfully before progressing to the next part of the course
This structure ensures that students fully understand essential material before moving forward and are properly prepared for advanced techniques and the final exam.
Pop quizzes are part of our commitment to maintaining a high educational standard and supporting student success.
Each course concludes with a final online exam — 15 questions, 70% to pass.

Each course concludes with a final online exam. The exam consists of 15 multiple-choice questions. Questions assess:

Exam Attempts & Retakes
Each student receives two (2) exam attempts, included in the course fee. Exam attempts can be taken at the student’s own pace.
If a student does not pass after two attempts:

Additional exam attempts are available for a retake fee of €49 per attempt

Retake fees must be paid before access to a new attempt is granted

Retake fees are non-refundable
This policy ensures fairness while encouraging students to review the material thoroughly before retaking the exam.
Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required content, quizzes and the final exam.

Rights & Responsibilities
All assessments are intended to evaluate individual understanding and professional readiness.

Any form of misuse, duplication, or distribution of assessment material is not permitted
Global CC Academy™ reserves the right to withhold certification, revoke access, or deny further exam attempts in cases of misconduct or violation of course policies.
